Mistä elokuvasta tai TV-sarjasta? (Googlaus kielletty)

No johan nyt. Tämä on ehkä se kumma pläjäys, jossa Geena Davis näyttelee rannalta löytynyttä, muistinsa menettänyttä naista, jonka yksinhuoltajaisä poikineen "adoptoi". Nainen haluaisi muistaa, kuka ja mikä on oikeasti, ja jossain kohtaa käy ilmi, että hän on yllättävän taitava käsittelemään keittiöveistä - ja innostuu myös heittämään sen keittiön oveen pystyyn todeten "Chefs do that". Jossain kohtaa leffaa lähdetään etsimään miestä, jonka kanssa naisen jonkun kalenterimerkinnän mukaan piti mennä naimisiin, mutta sitten käykin ilmi, että se on peiteilmaus, joka oikeasti tarkoittaa tappamista, ja nainen onkin ollut ammattimainen palkkamurhaaja. Tästä taisi seurata jotain jänniä tilanteita, koska tarkoitettu uhri tiesi kyllä mistä on kyse mutta toiveikkaana hänen ovelleen ilmestynyt naisihminen ei. Leffan nimeä en valitettavasti muista, se kun ei tehnyt suurempaa vaikutusta silloin muinoin kun sen näin.

Ei se juoniselostus näköjään hirveän tarkka ollut, kävin nimittäin nyt lukemassa, mitä leffassa oikeasti tapahtui. Mutta kiitoksia vuorosta joka tapauksessa.

Never proved it because the police never took it serious. But believe me, when I was a kid, none of us ever walked past that house.
 
Alice: Mommy and Daddy looked a long time to find the perfect boy child, but each one they found turned out bad. Some saw things they weren't supposed to, others heard too much, others talked back. Daddy cut out the bad parts, and put the boys in the cellar, one by one. They get flashlights and food of some kind. I suppose they're happy in their own way.
 
Nyt on jengiltä selkeästi jäänyt Kellariväkeä katsomatta. Tuo vuonna 1991 valmistunut kauhukomedia on saanut imdb.comissa 6,4 tähteä. Varsin omituinen elokuva. Alkuperäiseltä nimeltään The People Under the Stairs.
